Hello, and thank you for choosing Hävenly baked goods! Please read our notes below before proceeding to checkout to make sure you have the best buying experience possible with us.
ORDERS PLACED FOR SHIPMENT: Orders for bread mixes will ship by UPS or USPS ground. Any order containing baked bread will be shipped by 2-day air. Please email katarina@havenlybaked.com prior to placing an order that contains baked bread.
ORDERS PLACED FOR PICK-UP - FRESH FROZEN/FRESH BAKED BREAD!
Our products are always available fresh frozen at the bakery at any time, M-F between 8 am and 4 pm as well as these other locations.
For those who are craving our bread fresh from the oven, please follow the steps listed below.
1. Choose which day of the week you'd like to pick up by looking at our baking schedule on our website. Our baking schedule changes weekly and can be viewed here.
2. To guarantee that you will receive your order fresh, make sure that your order is placed the day before that bread is going to be made according to our baking schedule. Any orders placed on the day of pick-up - we will do our best to provide our bread fresh though our bakers start early and may have already finished mixing and shaping!
3. We do our best to make sure our fresh loaves are cooled and ready for you by 1:00, but occasionally, our loaves are too warm to slice by that time. When this happens, we may offer you a fresh, whole loaf or a frozen, sliced loaf instead.
